Vegan woman wants neighbor to avoid barbequing, says it's ruining her life

PERTH, Australia - A vegan, therapeutic massage therapist has taken her neighbor to courtroom over, cigarette smoke, children playing field hockey and the family's barbecuing.

Cilla Carden, who lives in Perth, Australia, is suing her neighbor, taking him to the country's Supreme Courtroom, saying she's sick and tired of the smell of beef cooking in her neighbor's back garden, among alternative activities she says people in the community are doing to wreck her happiness.

"It's deliberate, that's what I told the courts, it's deliberate," Carden told 9 Media in Australia.

"It's been destructive. It has been turmoil. It has been unrest. I haven't had the opportunity to sleeping."

But one of the neighborhood friends that has been taken to court says it isn't him and that he has gotten rid of the barbeque grill and his kids no more play golf ball, 9 News reported.

Despite both the Talk about Administrative Tribunal and the Supreme Court both dismissing her circumstance and her appeals being denied, Carden still vows to deal with and she says will be taking her neighbor to court again.

"They've said there so I smell seafood, all I could smell is seafood. I cannot enjoy my back garden. I can't go out there," Carden told 9 Media.
